DEVILED BACON & EGGS
- 1 dozen boiled & shelled eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- "ESCORT" SALTOPIA Artisan Infused Sea Salt to taste (our "OMG" infused salt: Onion, Mustard and Garlic!!)
- chopped bacon (about 6-8 cooked strips)
Once your eggs are boiled and shelled, cut each egg into halves and remove the hard boiled yolk. Set cleaned egg whites aside for filling later. Mash all ingredients together with the egg yolks in a large mixing bowl. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Enjoy!
