June's HOT HEAD Taco Salad
Ingredients:
1 - 2 tsp of olive oil
1 onion
2 banana peppers
1 poblano pepper
1 red pepper
1 - 2 tsp of HOT HEAD SALTOPIA salt (or to taste)
1 tsp of cumin
1 - 2 tsp of black pepper
1 cup of black beans
1 mashed avocado
squeezed juice of 1/2 lime
optional black pepper & cumin
optional HOT HEAD SALTOPIA salt
4 cups salad greens
crushed tortilla chips
tomatoes and salsa optional

Directions:  Slice onion & peppers and saute in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.  Add HOT HEAD, cumin, black peppers and black beans.  Saute until peppers and onions are tender.  Sample and add more HOT HEAD if it isn't spicy enough!

Combine mashed avocado with lime juice and HOT HEAD or more to taste.
Divide salad between 2 bowls.  Put half of the saute mixture on top of each salad.  Top with the avocado and crushed tortilla chips.  You can also add tomatoes or salsa if desired.

Hot Headed Bloody Mary
Ingredients:
3 oz tomato juice
1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
Hot Head sea salt to taste
celery stalk and/or pickle spear for garnish
lemon and/or lime wedge for garnish
