Shrimp Scampi is delicious and can offer a hearty, seafood meal for a larger group of guests at the dinner table!
- 8 ounces angel hair spaghetti or other linguine
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 pound medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup dry white wine
- the juice of 1 large freshly squeezed lemon
- FINN ANGLER to taste
- 4 sprigs of chopped fresh parsley leaves
- grated Parmesan
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add shrimp and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp pink, about 23 minutes. Stir in wine and lemon juice; season with FINN ANGLER to taste. Bring to a simmer; remove from heat and stir in pasta and parsley. Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan, if desired.
