Lauren's Sweet Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients:
1 part balsamic vinegar
3 parts extra virgin olive oil
Less than 1 part of maple syrup depending on how sweet you like it
Week In Modena salt to taste
Fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Whisk well and toss in salad right before serving!

Grilled Balsamic Asparagus
Ingredients:
Asparagus (any veggie works great with this recipe, try broccoli too!)
Balsamic vinegar
Week In Modena sea salt

Directions:
Toss the asparagus into a bowl of balsamic vinegar to coat completely.  Grill asparagus at 350 degrees for a few minutes (usually 3-5 minutes depending on the amount and size of the vegetables).  Once grilled, finish with Week In Modena sea salt and enjoy!  It's delicious!

Week In Modena Caramels made EASY
Ingredients:
Purchase a package of your favorite chocolate covered caramels
Week In Modena sea salt
A Candle

Directions:
Slightly heat the top of each caramel over a lit candle - CAREFULLY.  It should only take about two or three seconds to soften the chocolate.  Then sprinkle Week In Modena sea salt over the melted area.  Enjoy!

Caramel Covered Salty Apples
Ingredients:
Apples (red or green are fine)
Liquid Caramel
Week In Modena sea salt

Directions:
Cut apples into thin slices and arrange them on a serving dish.  Drizzle caramel over the apple slices evenly and then finish with Week In Modena sea salt.
