BAKED HALIBUT

Picture
This recipe is dedicated to my Dad, Richard who recently passed away. I love him and miss him so much. This one is for you, Dad.

Baked Halibut, Richard's Way:
- 2 large Halibut steaks, cleaned & ready to roast
- 1/2 stick of unsalted butter
- Panko bread crumbs
- RICHARD PEABODY PECK III, SALTOPIA Infused Sea Salt

Directions:
Place the Halibut steaks in a baking pan. Cut the 1/2 stick of butter into "pats" and spread out evenly over the top of the fish steaks. Sprinkle a good amount of Panko bread crumbs over the butter patted fish steaks. Be sure it's enough to create a nice crusty topping while baking. Then sprinkle Richard Peabody-Peck III over the Panko bread crumbs, generously. This gorgeous blend will offer that perfect catch a delicious, fresh-herb taste. Oven roast 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. The length of time will depend on the weight of your fish steaks. Be sure not to overcook them!
