I met his mom at a farmers' market, and she asked me for an onion infused sea salt, special for her son, Ben! RICHARD PEABODY PECK III is named after my dad, Richard. He passed away a few years back, but I love sharing his story through this flavor from our GENTLEMAN FARMER LINE. We LOVE when our friends and family members share flavor concepts and ideas with us.
