Ingredients: (makes approximately one dozen cookies) 1 cup almond butter ½ cup coconut sugar ¾ cup dark chocolate chips 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking soda ¼ tsp BOURBON VANILLA INFUSED sea salt (plus more to garnish)
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside. In a mixer (or you can use a food processor) blend the sugar, egg, almond butter, vanilla, baking soda, and salt, until smooth. Once the dough is mixed, add the chocolate chips and stir by hand using a spatula to incorporate the chocolate chips. Roll cookie dough into 1-inch balls and place 2-inches apart on the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes, the cookies will appear very soft, this is ok cookies will firm up once cooled.
