French Bread topped with Tomatoes & Chiles
- French bread
- unsalted butter
- cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Chile peppers, thinly sliced
- Jalapeno Smoked Paprika SALTOPIA sea salt
- Had Me At Hello SALTOPIA sea salt
Cut the French bread in half and then again into rectangular pieces. Smear a healthy bit of unsalted butter on each piece. Sprinkle on Jalapeno Smoked Paprika sea salt to taste. Then layer the sliced tomatoes and chiles to each piece. Finish with Had Me At Hello sea salt to taste. Place your prepared French breads on a baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until bread is crisped to your liking! Serve warm or at room temperature.
**SPECIAL NOTE: you can do this same recipe with ANY veggies! If you don't care for chiles and spice - then use zucchini, mushrooms or just the tomatoes. Switch it up by using Kiss & Tell sea salt or Krossed Keys! Any combo is fantastic and easy!
