- Baby arugula
- sliced cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
- ANY choice of SALTOPIA sea salt
Grilling avocado is easy! Brush each piece of avocado lightly with olive oil. Gently place on grill over medium-high for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, allowing the avocado to cool before tossing with your arugula, tomatoes, oil and your choice of SALTOPIA to taste! Easy & DELICIOUS!!
