GRILLED SQUASH SLICES
- 1 large squash, peeled and sliced thinly (about 1/4 inch thick)
- 1/2 cup Agave or local honey
- olive oil to keep the squash from sticking to the grill
- CLOVES GONE WILD, SALTOPIA Infused Sea Salt to taste
Preheat your grill to about 350 degrees. Brush your slices of squash well with olive oil so they don't stick to the grill. Once your grill is hot, grill your squash slices until they are softened. Turn squash slices once each side is gently blacked by the grill. After the squash is grilled and softened, arrange on a plate and generously drizzle with Agave or Honey. Finish with CLOVES GONE WILD to taste! You can also add whole onions, to the grill to bring another texture/flavor to this dish.
