- WEEK IN MODENA SALTOPIA Infused Sea Salt to taste - 1/2 cup local honey - 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar Directions: In a sauce pan, combine your ingredients and slowly heat over medium. Stir until all ingredients are combined and smooth. Drizzle this delicious-ness over anything: Pasta, Salads, Meats, Desserts, Veggies!!! Each time I enjoy the salt, I find love again for it and forget the hammer hacking!! |
