Hawaiian Pizza Rolls
-1 pound of prepared pizza dough (can be found at your local grocery store)
-2 cups grated mozzarella
-1 cup pineapple, finely chopped; juice drained
-4 slices of ham, finely chopped
-JET LAWLESS SALTOPIA Infused Sea Salt to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your dough into a large rectangular shape. Beginning on the longer edge of the dough, layer your mozzarella cheese, chopped pineapple, ham and JET LAWLESS sea salt to taste. Then, gently ROLL the dough so that the ingredients remain layered into the dough. Once completely rolled, you will have a large “log-like” finish. Using a knife, cut the log into 2 inch pieces. Place each of these 2 inch pieces, on their sides (so you can see the swirled in ingredients) onto a parchment lined baking pan. Bake about 20-25 minutes and allow to cool completely before trying to remove them from the pan. These are another delicious finger food!
