Returns on Gourmet Salts
Most of our products are found in the gourmet and edible category. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept the returns of any opened or used jars of gourmet sea salts. This includes any and all of the salts within the SIGNATURE LINE, GENTLEMAN FARMER LINE, CABARET LINE, ROCK MY WORLD LINE and NATURALLY HARVESTED LINE of sea salts.
If you received one of our gourmet products and the jar was damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace the exact item at no additional costs to you.
If you have changed your mind about an order or ordered an item by mistake, we are happy to credit you once we've received the unopened returned item. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 4-5 business days or depending on your card issuer's policies. Please be aware: our original shipping costs to you are nonrefundable. We will refund you for the product alone. We will be deducting our costs of shipping the item to you, even if you received FREE shipping at the time of your purchase.
Returns on SALT LAMPS & Non-Gourmet Items
If you are not satisfied with your salt lamp purchase or non-gourmet/non-edible item, you have 7 days to contact us to request for the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
