- 2-3 pounds of seedless grapes
- balsamic vinegar
- WEEK IN MODENA Sea Salt
Soak grapes in a pool of balsamic vinegar for at least 1 hour before roasting. Place your grapes on parchment or a non-stick pan and roast at 450 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle on WEEK IN MODENA sea salt to taste and serve warm along side a shaved cheese such as Manchego!
