ROASTED SQUASH![]() Ingredients:
- Whole squash halved (you can use any squash you'd like, I featured butternut squash here) - 1 stick unsalted butter - 1/4 cup olive oil - CLOVES GONE WILD SALTOPIA Infused Sea Salt to taste Directions: Be sure you scoop out all the seeds from your squash that has been halved. Place halves "skin side down" on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Drizzle the olive oil all over the flesh side of the squash halves. Place a 1/4 stick of butter in the "scooped out" area of the squash and sprinkle generously with CLOVES GONE WILD. Roast at 450 degrees for about 1 hour depending on your squash size. As the squash roasts, add the remainder of the butter periodically, basting the squash. Alternatively, you can use PURE LUCK (vanilla bean infused sea salt) and maple syrup instead of the butter. Either way, this is so YUMMY!! |
