Fresh, crisp shrimp salad goes nicely in martini cups to kick off a BBQ!
- peeled, deveined and steamed medium shrimp
(feel free to buy them "ready" at your seafood store)
- ripe avocado, cut into chunks
- orange, peeled and cut into chunks
- red onion, sliced thinly
- watermelon chunks
- red bell pepper cut into small bits
- DOC CALYPSO Sea Salt to taste
- olive oil
Toss all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Drizzle in a tiny bit of olive oil just enough to cover the ingredients. Finish with FINN ANGLER to taste. I also added spring sprouts!
