SMOKED SALMON![]() Ingredients:
- 4 six-ounce salmon fillets, skin on - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper - 1/4 cup SHOT WELL sea salt - 3 tablespoons olive oil Directions: Season salmon fillets with pepper. Rub SHOT WELL sea salt into flesh side of fillets. Preheat grill to 400 degrees. Place fillets spice side down. Grill for approximately, 5-7 minutes depending on thickness of the fillets, each fillet should be firm to the touch. |
