Our infused truffle salts offer REAL truffles - never cloned. The flavor is very intense and aromatic, yet also earthy, pungent, and musky. White truffles are a slightly spicier and more intense with notes of garlic. This is our go to flavor for all red meats, pasta dishes, sauces, salads, snacks and more. We also enjoy just eating off the spoon. It's amazingly delicious.
