White truffles are seasonal, extremely difficult to grow and take many years to cultivate. However, the price and wait for the perfect infusion is always worth it! Our infused truffle salts offer REAL Italian White truffles - never cloned. The flavor is very intense and aromatic, yet also earthy, pungent, and musky. White truffles are a slightly spicier and more intense with notes of garlic. This is our go to flavor for all red meats, pasta dishes, sauces, salads, snacks and more. We also enjoy just eating off the spoon. It's amazingly delicious.

FUN.......GREAT....
I bought the small jar this time because the last one got so hard that I couldn't use it .I added some water to the jar, it didn't work. I am hoping that you could solve the problem. I love the black truffle salt. I May have to get it elsewhere.
I was afraid that I wouldn't get enough of the truffle flavor but from the very moment the box arrived, truffle was evident!! All packages were sealed properly and the entire package had the heavenly scent of truffle....so much so that office mates immediately ordered their own salts!!
This is a "yes!" right from the start and we absolutely LOVE this one!
