KOREAN BBQ Seasoning
Directly from SALTOPIA’s ROCK MY WORLD product line, this KOREAN BBQ fan favorite recipe has reduced sea salt for heavier sprinkling on: chicken wings, in dips as well as dressings or sprinkled over skewered appetizers.
Ideas for use:
Add a generous scoop of this KOREAN BBQ seasoning directly into breadcrumbs or batter before air frying, frying, baking or grilling chicken wings. If using pre-breaded wings, sprinkle our KOREAN BBQ seasoning over the wings both before cooking & when finished cooking for extra flavor. Try this seasoning as a dip by mixing it with a glug of low-sodium soy sauce for flavor packed dipping. This seasoning is also a delicious flavor addition when sprinkled over skewers of grilled chicken/beef/shrimp. Try it on grilled zucchini sticks, steamed edamame & roasted nuts!
