LEMON PEPPER Seasoning
Directly from SALTOPIA’s SIGNATURE LINE of products, PUCKER UP BUSTER has been fan favorite for years! We have reduced the sea salt in that infusion recipe for heavier sprinkling on: chicken wings, in dips as well as dressings or sprinkled over skewered appetizers.
Ideas for use:
Add a generous scoop of this LEMON PEPPER seasoning directly into breadcrumbs or batter before air frying, frying, baking or grilling chicken wings. If using pre-breaded wings, sprinkle our LEMON PEPPER seasoning over the wings both before cooking & when finished cooking for extra flavor. Try this seasoning as a dip by mixing it with mayonnaise & EVOO to create a zesty dollop. This seasoning is also a delicious flavor addition when sprinkled over skewers of grilled chicken or shrimp. Try it on fried green beans or mixed with fresh hummus for pita chip dipping. Add this blend to guacamole for a pop of fresh lemon.
