SUGAR SNAP PEAS & GINGER
-1/2 cup chopped almonds (optional but yummy)
- 3 tablespoons almond oil
- 1 pound fresh sugar snap peas, ends trimmed
- GINGER'S CRUSH SALTOPIA infused sea salt to taste
Over medium heat, warm almond oil and then add peas, almonds and GINGER’S CRUSH sea salt to taste. Cook only about 2 minutes and then transfer to a bowl and serve immediately.
