TICKLED PINK PANCAKES

Ingredients for the butter:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 
- 1/4 cup TICKLED PINK SALTOPIA Artisan Infused Sea Salt
Ingredients for the pancakes:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon TICKLED PINK sea salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions for the butter:
Combine the softened butter and TICKLED PINK sea salt in a bowl until well blended and set aside for using on top of the pancakes (or toast, or muffins, or waffles or anything!!
Directions for the pancakes:
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center, and pour in milk, egg and oil. Mix until smooth. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides, serve hot with a lump of that gorgeous TICKLED PINK butter!!
