This recipe was recommended to me and so I made this white sangria the other night for a Christmas party - it was a huge hit! It seems to be a wildly popular recipe this season because it's been featured a bunch! So here's the details in case you haven't seen it - and there are loads of fun ways to mix it up! Ingredients: - 1 bottle of a crisp, white wine (a Pinot Grigio is a great choice) - 2 cups peach cocktail juice (can be found at your local grocery store) - 2 honey crisp apples, cored and cubed - 2 cups fresh cranberries - 2 sprigs fresh rosemary - SALTOPIA's Mediterranean Flake sea salt - 1/4 cup honey Directions: In a shallow bowl, toss your sprigs of rosemary and 1/2 cup of cranberries into a teaspoon scoop of Mediterranean Flake sea salt. Why do we salt our cocktail ingredients?? To make those flavors POP in that drink! Salt just isn't for food - it's for opening your palates and allowing the true flavors to burst through your taste buds! So, YES!! Salt your cocktail and not just that rim!! Then combine all ingredients into a large pitcher, including the salted Rosemary sprigs and cranberries. Stir well and chill before serving for at least 1 hour! Happy holidays!
