This is great on everything! Use it in soups, on steaks, when making pizza doughs for that deep roasted garlic flavor. Can’t get enough of it!
My favorite saltopia salt, with just the right amount of garlic. It’s particularly good as a crusting on seared salmon filets. Yum!
