I added this to my gluten free pumpkin pancake, and didn't miss the gluten at all!
This super is delicious! Use it in my coffee, dusted creme Brule with it and what a super treat it was. Do not hesitate to buy any of these sugars. I used the Tangerine sugar in my homemade cranberry sauce and it was exceptional. Can't get enough of these lovey sugars. They make great as gifts for any occasion, especially for a new home, along with their salts, which are simply wonderful as well.
I’ve already used it many times…sprinkled over pancakes…in steamed milk for my lattes… on baked pumpkin bread among other things…delightfully Fall!
